I would like to create configuration worksheet and card manually.
I want to know for standard configuration which tables shall be included.
Does anyone help which tables are a must?

Mostly the setup related tables like Inventory Setup, Fixed Asset Setup, General Ledger Setup, and so and so forth can be included and it purely depends on which all the functionalities are required.
