Tax setup - sales tax amount is not same as Total tax for Intra-state.

Posted on by 53
Hi Folks,

I came up with a new query, during creating a purchase order in Dynamics 365, sales tax amount is not showing as same as the total tax amount. for example, if the total tax amount in the tax document is 840, then sales tax is showing as 420.

Note:
 1. this is happening only in the case of Intra-state and while creating purchase orders.

Also, sharing one more screenshot for a voucher. where the entry for CGST getting double, maybe it help.

It will be really great if anyone can help on the same.

    Hi Hana,

Thank you for your suggestion. there was the blank line with 100% in reverse charge percentage of tax setup. due to this sales tax was showing up only half of the total tax amount.
