Hi,
How can we get the account numbers and the account segments to sort properly? Regardless of which we choose - account, or segment, the lookup lists are NOT sorted on either the Detail or Summary Trial Balance. See my screenshot.

I'm looking for a solution to the sorting on the report option tab.
Some client's accounts and segments do sort properly, and most do not.
The finished report always sorts okay, but clients find the unsorted lookups of accounts and segments very unhelpful, and in some cases make the reports unusable. I think it must be an install feature in SSRS perhaps?

Hi Linda,
I currently don't have an SSRS report to reference, but does the 'Sort' work on the resulting report content?
If so, the option is most likely for the report display only and not for the lookup materials on the SSRS side.
