Note: before using PocketPC symbol PDT8100-z2A84000 and  it scan "RMS Label"  & "International Barcode"  good without any problems.

itemlookupcode: 15 digit ( numeric & character )

Please advise how can this problem be resolved?

Thanks,

    Hi SpencerM,

first of all thanks for writing us regarding the below subject

we found another solution right now we are printing barcode label with 200 dpi Head printer now one of my friend advice us work with 300 dpi printer after that our pdt read barcodes from rms Label.

if you have any solution share us.

    Thanks.

    Hi Osama,

If your MC3190 is anything like our MC55, the issue may be in the datawedge configuration. In our version, you can enable or disable different formats by opening datawedge settings and going to Basic Configuration -> Barcode Input -> 1D Scanner Driver -> Decoders. I have never encountered any downside to just clicking "Enable All".

If that does not work, I would recommend opening a basic text input app like Notes and scanning a 128A barcode to see if the numbers being transmitted match the code you are scanning. If it is leaving off a leading zero or a check digit, this may be fixable elsewhere in the datawedge configuration .
