Microsoft Forms Pro and D365

Hello All !

As I understand correctly MICROSOFT intends to close the VOC (Voice of the Customer) soon. Microsoft Pro should replace the VOC solution.Unfortunately I could not find any online guide that explains how to integrate these two products (Microsoft Forms Pro and D365).

I would love to get guidance on how I can examine this integration especially sending surveys out of the D365, getting responses into D365 to the relevant contact, establishing a survey activity and closing survey activity, analyzing answers in the D365 - Will all this be possible as in the VOC?

    Yes. Voice of the Customer (VoC) is being deprecated and replaced with Microsoft Forms Pro.

    Hi Alex,

    I'd definitely recommend checking out the YouTube series by Megan Walker. She's done a lot of Forms Pro stuff, and that includes integrating it with Dynamics 365 CE.

    If you have any questions that aren't answered in the videos then I'd reach out as it may be that you could provide inspiration for further videos (Sorry Megan!)
