Hi guys,

In my VM for D365 testing (OneBox) I found a database called "DYNAMICSXREFDB", may I know what is this database for ?

And although this question is more on the SQL server, may I ask for help how to shrink this DB, and also the main database of D365 ? I tried to run from SQL Server Management Server - Task - Shrink, tried both Shrink Database and Shrink File (Database and Log), but seems I cannot get the DB size smaller.

I'm trying to shrink since my VM space is almost run out. I have a very little knowledge of SQL administration.
