This issue has come into play after the most recent service update 10.0.29 that was done on Oct 8th. Users have lost their previously saved views. In addition when users recreate the views and save them, the changes are not sticking and the saved view shows the same records as in a standard view.
Same problem here, let us know if you get a fix

This seems to be a bug.
Microsoft release a quality update for 10.0.29.
I recommend you install this quality then double-check if the issue still persists.
When did this update release? I did have her go into Feature Management and check for updates there. It was still not an option.
You will find it in life cycle services under the environment, in available updates
I have been recommended to turn this on:Will turn it on in UAT and Test, will let you know how that goes...
Yea this didn't work, going to try the quality update
Apply the quality update, then enable the Saved views performance enhancement feature and let us know the outcome.
I didnt apply the update but I did go in and enable the Saved Views performance enhancement and tested in the sandbox. It worked. Thank you so much for your help!
