Posted on by Microsoft Employee

Hello,

How tables are filled with informations?
How to know the code unit associated with a table or a form?

For exemple, I have a table which is a history of the physical inventory by months.
I don't know how the informations is grabbed from other tables and i don't see any table relations besides.
How is that?

    Hi Seif,

Besides Statical Prism tool, there is GDT Where Used PLUS tool.

They are great tools for analyzing NAV code.

    Hi

There is tool called Statical Prism. Using which you can check where the table is used (i mean you can find the usage of the your object)

    Hello,

What do you mean by calculation performed on NAV?

From where can i check the code? do you mean C/AL Code because there is none on the concerned table.

How can i debug and is it really necessary?

In this case I suppose your table is filled by a calculation performed on NAV. You need to check your code (from where you start the procedure) and debug how the table is filled.
