where is Line Discount specified in CROUS USA, INC when creating a line item in a sales order? I do not see it is specified on an item level or a customer level. However, I see adefault value of Line Discount (25%) when created a line item in a new sales order for Bicycle (item#1000). I am new to NAV, any input is welcome. thanks.
I figured it out; Table [CRONUS USA, Inc_$Sales Line Discount] contains the default discount info with the minimum amount and the corresponding discount if an item's discount group code is "A". Item # 1000 falls into this group. This is why I got the app behavior described in the question.
