It's not possible and not needed to build anything in the UAT environment. The deployable package contains the built assemblies (dlls).
The process of applying a deployable package will also perform database synchronization.
I worked on certain package in development and provided to store data on certain path and it,s working fine in development but not in UAT.
What exactly are you trying to do, and is it related to build & sync of UAT environment? If not, please create a new question / thread.
Anyway you can't interact with local folders with D365FO, if that's what you're asking.
