In Marketing - is there a way to include multiple segments in one customer journey. Both segments are different in properties but they share the same journey. We cant include them in one segment due to other business requirements.

Have you tried create swim lanes in the customer journey? This allows you to use multiple segments in a single customer journey and set the same steps for them.
Or if the steps of the customer journey are too complicated, you can create a customer journey with a segment and save it as a template. Use this template later to create a new customer journey and then replace the audience with another segment.
