Hi. My D365 is integrated with ClickDimensions for everything related to marketing. All new records (e.g. form submission, email events, posted surveys) are linked to the contact that took the action, which is fine, but I need to be able to see those records from an account level.
I found a couple of blog posts on how to do it with surveys, but I wonder if it is possible to it for other entities such as the ones mentioned above.
Does anyone has any experience on that?
