Hi, I am sitting with an issue where I recorded permissions for a customer, and they kept getting a few errors for buttons I didn't click on while I was recording the permissions. I need assistance on the best way to configure "custom" permission sets for my customer that I will have the least errors.

This is pretty common, typically after recording the permissions you would test them to find any such errors so you can fix them.

You have to use Record Permissions to find out what permissions the user needs, please check below

    Hi,

    Perhaps this link can help.

However, if you know the permissions required then you can simply create a permission set.

Give it a name and description.

    Then select permissions.

Then add the tables with the relevant read/write boolean.

Once added then assign this custom permission set to the user.

    Hope that helps,
    Shauna
