We cannot enter to Employee Self Service Portal because somehow the certificate has been revoked:
This doesn't seem like browser issues. Any user with any browser cannot access the portal.
What should we do to fix this?

Is this certificate attached to your ESS site, SelfSign Certificate, or Issued by CA?
How do you access your ESS via the Internet or Intranet?

Hopefully you have checked with other Browsers as well so I suggest to raise the ticket to Microsoft from your LCS portal and let their engineers find the root cause.
