Is there a way to parse web form submissions into Case fields?

We have a web site that submits emails in a structured format:

Name:

Email:

Reason:

They all come in from a generic email address. Is there a way to have these go to specific fields through a case creation rule?

Since they are in the description I can't figure out a way to have them match up with fields specifically on the case form...
