*EXPERTS: How to move D365 Sales [Files] tab files to new tenant CRM when doing a tenant migration?

I created a copy of our LIVE CRM in which has some files uploaded to Files tab in Account, etc. Then moved the CRM copy to the destination tenant. I tried testing the Sharepoint structure by creating a Sharepoint site in our new tenant/Sharepoint and then linking to this new environement. It created all the folders automatically like it did years ago in the original LIVE CRM Sharepoint site. I also used entity based, etc. in which they're individual folders for Lead, Opportunity, Account, etc. which is mostly what I need. Idk about the other 12 folders since they say 0 files.

However what about the old files that were uploaded to an Account/Files in the CRM that are stored in the old Sharepoint/CRM? Alot of folders have GUID codes and are empty etc. I read that they're virtual or stored in Dataverse? It makes no sense. The ones that do have files I tried, just for testing to move manually into the new tenant Sharepoint but I'm getting an error that I can't access the Files tab for anything although I added all the roles, permissions, and am a global admin. 
Also what's the proper way to move these uploaded files over? Are they stuck in the old tenant CRM/Sharepoint?

    Based on your description, your documents are almost certainly still stored in the old SharePoint tenant and have not been moved. The new environment has only recreated the document management structure, which is why you see empty folders. The proper migration is to migrate the SharePoint content separately and ensure the Dynamics 365 SharePoint Document Location records point to the new SharePoint site. Simply copying folders manually is usually not sufficient because the CRM relies on those document location records to locate the files.
    If this is a tenant-to-tenant migration, using a dedicated SharePoint migration tool (such as ShareGate or Microsoft's migration tools) together with a process to validate or update the Document Location records is the recommended and supported approach.

    The files are most likely still stored in the original SharePoint tenant. An environment copy brings Dataverse data and Document Location references, but not the actual SharePoint documents.
    The new SharePoint integration correctly recreated the folder structure, but a separate SharePoint migration is required to move the documents (ShareGate, Migration Manager, Quest, etc.).
    Also, verify that the Document Location records are pointing to the new SharePoint URLs and that you have permissions on the SharePoint site/library itself, not just Dynamics 365.
    If you're using traditional SharePoint Document Management, the documents won't automatically move with the CRM environment copy. Only Dataverse File columns would behave differently.
