ReportThe standard Field Service (GP2016) report that comes loaded in Great Plains 2016 seems to work fine with what I am looking for with one exception: Actual Labor/Time - Beginning and end times to be exact.
I guess, let me be more specific; When I print the Service Call work order (after I create a new service call)- the basic report that is printed works well for me. I just need to add specific labor time into the report. I could also do without the Serial/Lot Number column (that is an easy fix to delete).
The way the report shows now is almost what I need - it does give me total labor hours, sub costs, etc. I really would like to see the actual time, ie 7:30 a.m. to 11:14 a.m....... on here as well.
Are we able to modify this report to show the exact times?
