viewing not available table fields in pages

hi,

what is the best and easiest way to view not available table fields in pages ? i do not want to add/view a custom field but fields, which i know that they should be available, but when editing the field list with the inclient designer, they are not there.

is there a tutorial for that?

is for this simple issue an extension needed, a sandbox container? really?

is it planned, that d365bc gets a "show all columns" function and maybe like in d365fo a "create field" function in the inc-designer ?

These are requested features and I agree with you that some of them (like Show all) are useful. Create field in the in-client designer is something that I don't know if it will be never permitted, because actually creating a field is something related to development and not for a power user.

    Hi Franz,

If I'm understanding your question correctly, then you want to see a list of all the fields that exist on a Page's SourceTable. The only way I know how to do it is by going to Sandbox (Online will do), navigate to the desired page, then click on Settings > Designer > +Field. Here, I've been able to see a comprehensive list of all fields that are part of the SourceTable that are not currently on the page.

I hope this helps. If my response has answered your question, please verify by clicking Yes next to "Did this answer your question?"
