SLA - Multiple E-mail Error

Posted on by

Hi I have created an SLA and all is working fine except when the Fail and warning events happen they run twice?

Here is how the SLA is configured

And here are the events that happen when the e-mail are sent.

As you can see this is sent twice.

It also create two of workflows for each SLA type. but i don't know why it would be doing this as there is only one SLA attached to the entitlement .

Any help will be great

Jeff

I thought this also but the e-mail that goes out the same time and there are no SLA items that have the same as this time.

Also there are only these two KPI in the enhanced sla section in the case.

Hi, could there be another SLA Item with the same criteria in the SLA definition?

In that case multiple workflows can be fired.

The other SLA item should have a selection like Priority Not Equals P1 to forecome this.
