Production order - reset status

Dear all,

When we create report as finished journal in 'start' process (after create Picking list and route card journal). Then we realized that we did record it wrongly so, we try to reset the status from 'start' to 'create' and the error message is showed up as below

"Production – reset statusPosting – Report as finished journal

Quantity returned exceeds updated physical and financial quantity"

I wonder what could be a reason of this error message. Please help.

This appears to be that you are flushing at start and that the journals that were reversed were greater than the journals that were originally posted at start. Reverse the journals, manually, and turn off flushing at start, then reset status to created.
