my workflow is triggering fully but its not waiting for the condition and the status is ticked can any body help

and it doesn't
the main workflow i am running as a background process and the wait condition is in a child workflow as what it is shown in the pic attached

Is the Customer Payment Status field on the Account or on a related entity? If it is on the Account, why don't you just trigger the workflow on change of that field, and have a check condition to ensure it equals "Yes" before it updates the number?

so what happens if you move that wait condition out of the child workflow and add it right before "increment the last record number" step in the main workflow (which you have on the screenshot above)?
If, somehow, the logic is more complicated.. you might add a different wait condition there(maybe create a new custom field for that), and, then, trigger that wait condition from the child workflow(so, then, your main workflow will be waiting for the attribute to be set.. and that will be done by the child workflow.. in the end, your main workflow will be waiting for the child workflow to finish). It would really be a "brute force" approach, though, - might be better to re-organize the logic somehow.
i am trying to create account auto numbering
it should wait till the section where the customer payment is set to yes then
it will generate account auto numbering by incremention of 1 from the numbering configuration entity
it works and it assign an auto number for accounts but it doesn't wait for that condition
i have done that through plugin but now i need to do it with workflow ?

Parent wf won't wait for the child wf - it will contimue once it has started the child wf:
