Data event: Financial dimension value entity doesn't always get triggered

I have activated 3 standard data events to trigger changes made to financial dimension values:

It works pretty nice, but there's one problem. The event doesn't get triggered if you modify these two fields:

I checked they exist as fields in Entity, but changing them just doesn't trigger event. Does anyone know if there's some way to control which fields get triggered?
