This appears to be a random issue. Occasionally an invoice or 3 fail to send via quick send when invoiced. The AS Log file does not show entry for the time that the Event history (supplied from the shipper screen). logfile does not show entry that would collaborate with event history. Is there a connection that Im missing between the Event History and AS queue?
I have verified that these invoices sent to customers are indeed setup with quick send in Customer Maintenance and have successfully sent in the past.
