Is this possible to debug the any process without system administrator.
Anyone explain.

No, only system administrators have access to the Application Object Tree and the codebase, thus regular users will not be able to use the debugger. You can find other requirements here:

Hi Edselv,
In base you need to be a system administrator and have permissions to run the debugger. There is a trick how to run AX as a simulated normal user and being able to do debugging. For this you can read my blog: kaya-consulting.com/tips-on-ax-2012-security-development-tool-part-6
