Dimension Creation using Web API Documentation for Dynamics 365 Business Central

Hi ,

In below link , its mentioned that how to get dimension line or create in Business central.

But i am not able to get the dimension line or even create in Dynamics 365 Business Central.

As per API , we need to give parentId in URL to get dimension lines. what is parentId , its not clear to me.

GET /businesscentral/companies({id})/dimensionLines(parentId=({id}),id=({id}))

Get Result will be like this ->

i think id tag is id of dimension itself , which i can get using Dimension api URL , but where i can get parentId . 
i tried using every possible combination but its not working for me.

Any help will be appreciated.
