i need to create a field with team that is under the current user connected

    i'm creating a new module of disciplinary management where the manager can chose from a dialog that i created the person in his team and apply a penalty

    okey i will try to explain it better i need to create a field that gives the name of the employees.

    those employees are the team of the current user.

    you can find the team in ( employee self-service -> My Team)
