Changing email Font Size and Font Type in CRM

Hi,

When sending an email from CRM the font size and font type keeps on changing itself. Can I default it to a specific size and specific type (i.e. Arial). If yes, the what's the process?

You can adapt this old code in a plugin to set the email fields:

We cannot set the font size and type using OOB customization.

Hi Andreas,

Thanks for your suggestion, but is their a way to set up the font size and type from the backend, as its not every time we want to use the templates.

If you use an email templates you can use HTML and the Hx or FONT tag to define the font styles and sizes.
