ax2012 r2 failed to upgrade to CU7 from CU1

i'm using a hyper-v vm of ax2012 r2, which has a kernel and application version like this.

now i run CU7 binary update but version number does not change (some new class like SRSReportServerWarmup does not exist). btw, i restarted AOS and model store, as well as full compilation, CIL compilation and database synchronization. Any other issue should be blamed? (like serial no., license)

thanks for the reply. i read the CU7 docs and run the axupdate.exe for upgrade as well as setup.exe for all new components. yet still nothing changed for a bit. just for saving time, i decided to apply a downloaded CU9 vm for workaround.

Did you follow some instructions when you installed the update?

On which components did you run the update? Also I don't think that binary updates would introduce new x++ classes, those you would get from application update.

You need to update all components, such as AOS, Client, SSRS extensions with the binary update. And Database componeny update installs the application (x++) update.
