What is the road map for UX development on the Employee Self-service ? The current recent interface is not coperable with other top similar platform. Branding is also restricted to the banner. Tile shape is list based.

Thank you for your question - what other similar platforms are you comparing the interface to? At the present time, as far as I am aware, there are no plans for a significant redesign, but I can inquire further to confirm.

I am comparing to Success Factor.
The tile concept introduced in Windows 8 and continued until now in many of Microsoft product changed the UX user experience. What I have as of now on the default Dynamics 365 Self Service an traditional tile with list on it. In addition, the one thing you can customize is the banner !
Good afternoon - from what I have been able to see, there are currently no plans in later versions for significantly overhauling the user interface or personalization functions within the Employee Self Service as you describe. This could be submitted through our Ideas portal (listed here: experience.dynamics.com/.../ ) or would require customizing the forms and interface directly. It is a valid concern, and while I do not see anything at present, it may still appear further down the product's lifetime.
