'No approval requests exist' error when user tries to send a Gen.Journal Batch for approval to the Workflow user group

Hi All!

I would like to ask if someone had this error during the sending Gen.Journal Batch for approval?

Would be thankful for advises how overcome this issue.

    This was solved. The error caused by another enabled empty workflow that locked the correct workflow for the Batch approvals.

    Do you mean that you had two workflows, which had the same functions? One of them was empty and this was the one which blocked the workflow approval?
