I have made a newsletter. News items are separated by a divider. This divider is displayed in the preview mode. The recipient has the posibility to view the newsletter in his email client or to view it in a browser window. After test sending the newsletter, I have the following results. In the browser window the separator is displayed correctly. In the email is is not displayed at all.
How can I display the divider in the e-mail?
Hi Thijs,
It's glad that your have solved your issue and sharing the solution.
If we open email with outlook client, some content would indeed be blocked.

Clofly
Hi Clofly,
Thanks a lot for your suggestions. I just discovered that opening the email in Gmail or Outlook Online results in displaying the divider just fine. Therefore it has to do with settings in my Outlook client. The email itself is ok.

Thijs
Hi DD,
Thank you for your reactive. I just dragged the Design Element from the Toolbox in the Marketing email. After I added the divider I changed the color by entering the colorcode. In the email there is no notification asking the download files. The sender verification has not failed.

Thijs
Hi @Thijs,
It seems that your customized divider elements were not saved in your marketing email content after Go Live it.
Firsty please Stop the marketing email and check whether your elements still existed.
Secondly, as a manual method, you can quickly find Divider element with key word "data-editorblocktype="Divider",
and actually the divider is border bottom of a paragraph element.
You could instead try a manual hr element to replace or just comment the OOB generated elements that were used to display as divider:

Clofly
Hello @Thijs van der Klei,
did you drag and drop the OOTB divider, or used a custom markup? If it was custom, can you share the code snippet for the divider. Does it have an image?
In your email client, do you get the notification asking you if you wanted to download the images?
Thanks,
-DD
