Must approve user in workflow

Dear all,
I created a workflow approval step that assigned to user group containing 5 users, out of which 1 specific user is a MUST approve user. 
Completion policy is a majority approval.
How can I set a workflow setting that must take approval of that specific user out of 5 users.

    In this case, I would recommend having parallel activities. For each parallel branch, setup a workflow step. On the first one, set the assignment to one person who should do the approval. To avoid changing the workflow, you can assign to a group containing one user. The second branch can be assigned to a group with 4 persons. Then set the completion policy to 50%. Effective, the workflow will be assigned to all 5 persons. The approval would be pending on multiple work items that all should be completed to complete the workflow.

    As Andre said, The user who must approve should be placed in the first, as the most important approval node, if he refuses this approval, then the subsequent process is blocked, if he passes the current approval, then only need to consider that more than two of the remaining 4 people pass the approval, so it is recommended to put the remaining 4 people in the second approval node, which is the most efficient solution.
    Of course, you can also change the order of these two approval nodes, first by 4 people, and then by the person who must approve.
