Somehow I've lost my admin role. In portal.office I am a global admin. I don't know what to do. I can't click on opportunities or leads or much of anything. All of my licensees are in order as well. Please help!

did you try "promote to admin" option in CRM? Is it available for you? If not, is there another CRM administrator who can give you CRM roles?
