I have setup a commerce website and everything is working.
However, the email that is generated shows the following text in the Review my order button and the link doesnt work.
[[[SITE_URL]]/orderdetails?salesid=012778]Review my order
This means something is missing in my configurations but i am unable to figure out what.

StoreURL is empty by default and needs a custom extension to use. I would suggest embedding the store URL in the link and having environment specific email templates. Also looks like there is a issue with the HTML template that you are using so would suggest looking to the HTML again.
