creating segment for waitlist participants to an event

Hi everyone,

I am trying to create a segment for a list of participants who are on the waitlist of an event following this resource: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-insights/journeys/event-waitlist

I am stuck on the step /add related entity waitlist/. I don't have it and I have looked at all my toggles in the settings and can't seem to find what to toggle add or else to get access to the related entity waitlist.

Where do I add it?? thanks for your help

Hi Partner,

In fact, the entity name is Waitlist Item(msevtmgt_waitlistitem), and you need use Dataset configuration settings to make it available for use in segmentation criteria.

Please refer to the following steps:

Go to Settings > Data management > Dataset configuration.

Find and select the check box for each entity you want to sync.

Select Publish changes at the top of the list.

Note: You may need to wait for several minutes (up to half an hour) before your data is available for use in your segments.
