If one AP invoice relates to more than one project, all the sales tax is posted to the project in the header.
Is there a way/solution to have the relevant portion of the sales tax post to each project

This is a new feature which has been added to the next release of Microsoft Dynamics SL due out next year. As for now, it's working by design.
