Dear Experts

how we can link or get details GL Entry table and Value entry table or 5823 - G/L - Item Ledger Relation to be able to drill down to an Document Number, Item Number, etc in a single page.

is there any way to bring these details in one page to see the from GL entry

    if we want to link all these 3 table  GL Entry, Value Entries and  G/L - Item Ledger Relation, then which all are the fields we need to take from each table against the GL entries to get the Details of Entries from other tables

    Hi

    You need a development for that or using simple object designer to make that

    The other methods are

    1) Using Power BI

    2) Publish those pages as ODATA then use Excel to consume and create Power Query and build the report

    could you pls explain what all the fields we need to link to get all the details of an Gl Entry compared to Value and item ledger Entries.

    That is the hard one. But I try to explain G/L for Invoice and go from there:

    For G/L entry Document Type = Invoice 

    I get the Document No that has my SO No Series (let say start with PS-InVXXX) then by having this Invoice No from Posted Sales Invoice Table I find the Sales Order No. When you have Sales Order No you can look into Posted Sales Shipment and find the shipment no. Now you can filter Item Ledger Entry based on Sales Shipment No.  From there you can get Item Ledger Entry and then filter Value Entry based on those Item Ledger Entry. 

    I know this is not an straightforward path

    is there any other option to get crack of this.

    From the response i get the idea and while navigating through BC i can get both ILE and value Entries of Related Transactions. but when exporting these ILE, GL and G/L - Item Ledger Relation tables cant able to identify which all the fields we need to take for extracting the data.

    could you pls help me on this
