The only way is to
Change the technician name in the resource bookings (edit the bookable resource )
with the technician who has solved the task.
It depends on the organization when we have such changes to be made.
It s fair enough to give hours to the technician who has done the work.

Actually, My 2nd question is a technician is booked on work order but he is unable to do work and he take help from other resource how we can handle this situation or where we can track that information on work order without making new booking.
Liquid and Solid Booking are not used. Those are legacy fields that really should no longer exist.
When you say technician services what do you mean? Are you looking to add another tech or additional work added to the work order? If it's more work, they can add another incident type and another asset to it. If it's just more work in general, they can add WO Products and Services and Service Tasks.
