    Hi Hari,

I suggested the same as above - You can use the Full Name field to store the Full Name and append Email address to the same.

You can achieve this using a workflow on change of first name and last name field to populate the Full Name field.

    Hope this helps.

    Hi Hari,

So, you can set the Unresolved Email Address settings as I mentioned in one of my blogs in the original post. However, you won't be able to see the Email address since it will create a Contact and only Full Name field is displayed in a lookup value.

Hence, the same reason from my original reply - "Unfortunately, if you want to display only the email address in any case (i.e. even in case where Contact is present), an incorrect way to do so is to store the email address in the last name field of the Contact (I don't recommend doing this)."

    Sorry, can you please rephrase?

Do you mean, you need to Create Contact and still the Email address is shown? Or still the Email Address is shown and you don't want the Email address to be seen?

    Hi,

Here's the reason why you see email addresses - https://d365demystified.com/2019/01/08/d365-quick-tip-allow-messages-with-unresolved-email-recipients-to-be-sent/

Also, here's how you can prevent creation of Contacts/Leads to CRM when emails are tracked in - https://d365demystified.com/2019/06/19/prevent-contact-creation-in-d365-on-tracking-emails-from-new-recipients/

Unfortunately, if you want to display only the email address in any case (i.e. even in case where Contact is present), an incorrect way to do so is to store the email address in the last name field of the Contact (I don't recommend doing this).

    Hope this helps.
