Hi Experts,

Hope you are all good.

We want to see a notification - anything like a banner or pop up, about the preference for an account. Which could be like ,always 10% discount for this customer or always ship UPS or anything of that sort and we want that the notification to be displayed on Opportunity, quotes and orders. Kindly let us know if there is an OOB feature that we can use to leverage this functionality.

Hello,

I don't remember anything like that but you can make it work using relatively simple JS using Xrm.WebApi (to get the data available on the customer that has "preferences" you mentioned) and setFormNotification/clearFormNotification to add those "notifications" to forms of opportunities, quotes, and orders.
