Just wondering if an official Microsoft training material is available for Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2015.

There is no training guides for the 2015 version. but still you can refer 2013 version guides since there is no much of a difference.
If you do not have access to the partner or customer source then use this book as for your training guide : www.packtpub.com/.../implementing-microsoft-dynamics-nav-2013
And use this third party link to download Dynamics NAV guide documents (this would be helpful if you do not have a microsoft account) : www.cbsi-corp.com/.../07
There is no training material for 2015, the 2013 training material should be applicable to this version. I don't think there are any major changes on Financial Module between 2013 and 2015.
If you need 2013 training material, you can find those on Partner Source/Customer Source.
