How to crate a subgrid in a form for Case/Incident, showing the list of related Notes/Annotations?

Posted on by 605

Hi guys.

We are in a situation where a customer does not want the social activity panel, but a standard subgrid in a form for Case/Incident, which shows all the related Notes/Annotations

Problem is that, when we insert a new subgrid, we do not have the possibility to select Notes/Annotations as entity type; see below in the screenshot:

Also if we choose all records type and not only the related ones, we do not see the Notes/Annotations.

Furthermore, the button for Notes in the ribbon is not active; see picture below:

Is it a standard behaviour, means that it is not possible to add a subgrid wit the list of related notes/annotations, or there is a solution to do that?

Many thanks for your support.
