When the field is read only or disable but still required then crm bypass the required thing. then is there any specific reason keeping that field as required or we can make it as optional?

Hi,

yes CRM bypass the required option, because as you can't edit the field you can't write something in it. Thus it bypasses the required rule.

To make it optional you can do it with a business rule, Jscript or simply customize your form. It depends on your user case.
