Do you have access to development environment ? If so open the currency exchange rate table and make sure those values or not zero.
how to change this values ?
Have you defined Currency Exchange Rates properly? "Exchange Rate Amount" and "Relational Exchange Rate Amount" should not be zero in any of the record.
