Hello Joze,
Can you verify that this is not a modified window via the Tools | Setup | System | Alternate/Modified Forms and Reports window? If so, see if the same performance continues with the default window. If not, my assumption is you may need to rebuild your forms.dic to get the item to populate as expected:
