Timeline control not displaying all emails

On the contacts, we have timeline controls. One of the contact has more than 2400 emails.In order to show email as conservation,we enable "Show emails as conversation on timeline"(Personal options->email tab->Unified InterfaceOnly section checked the checkbox)

After we enable it all emails not showings(there is no load more option available).

    Yes - check in another browser and if issue persists, then log a ticket with microsoft
