Extra lines generating in Word Reports

Posted on by Microsoft Employee

I'm working to create a sales invoice and quote report for a customer.  I am using NAV 2016, utilizing jet reports. Specifically, my problem is that when I run either report, for any parameter, there is always an extra line below the last legitimate line.  This line doesn't have any data in it except for a "0" in the quantity column.  What can I do to fix this?

Thanks in advance

Do you have any blank line in the sales invoice line? Check in the Sales Invoice Line table.

Also, try to skip the lines where description = '' and qty=0

    Hi Alex,

Excuse my lack of understanding and knowledge, I am brand new to NAV.  Those posts did not help me.

There might be many reasons for that, it depends on how the report has been designed or what filter you apply.

If it does not resolve, populate screenshots of you report here
