Project Accounting Item Allocated Quantities

Since the Item Allocation Inquiry window doesn't show quantities allocated on unposted Project Inventory Transfer transactions, where can we go in GP to see these allocated quantities? I can run the Item_Allocation_Detail SQL script to see them but users need this info within GP. And, when I try to create a SmartList on the PA Inventory Transfer Work tables in SmartList Designer, it doesn't return any data.

Hi Deborah,

There is no link between Item allocation and project accounting so it wont show the item allocated for project accounting.

Hi Alvaro,

Yes, we ran the item reconcile but the allocated quantities are correct. The issue is with not being able to see those quantities allocated to un-posted project accounting transactions.

You should run item reconcile under Tools -> Utilities -> Inventory
