In my BC 18.2 installation these options are not longer available:

Hi, as far as I know, you can not directly hide column and choose columns... starting from BC15.
You need to use Personalize. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/business-central/ui-personalization-user
Regarding BC14, because the Windows Client is still retained, some features of the NAV are also retained in the Web Client.
