Hi,
We recently migrated to office 365. Following that, we are trying to setup email in our Dynamics NAV (Business Central)
Something seems going wrong, with following error message and setup.
Not sure what extra setup this wants me to do, as apparently there are only few fields to setup.
Looking forward for any positive inputs please.
Thank you.
Hello,
This one needs to be disabled:
From Azure Portal, Azure AD, Users, you can select MFA:
Then go to Office 365 Portal and edit one user, at the bottom of the page, select MFA and then enable the user you would like to be enforced with MFA. If they do logon, they will be shown an App password. That app password you can use for SMTP.
Thanks
Hello,
The Azure policy needs to be disabled if it was enabled. In the user settings either in Azure policy or in Office 365 (MFA settings), the token can be revoked. If you do have an App password, you can use it in the SMTP settings.
Thanks
Dear Marco Mels,
I enabled after reading below mentioned post. How much time this policy will take for implementation after enabling.

Shared by you very helpful :)
Hello,
That is indeed very good to hide PII data. Is MFA enabled on that account via an Azure policy?
Thanks.
I have removed sensitive information, to keep protection online, just for sake of screenshot. in the system it's as zohaib@domainname.com
The user ID looks incomplete for it to be using a O365 email account. Try putting in the full email address.
